This is the best Chinese Restaurant in town possibly this side of the United States. A great menu offering many Vegetarian (not Vegan) choices from Gluten to Tofu. Everything is prepared fresh ,contains no MSG, and is cooked in 100% Vegetable oil.  Located actually in Ooltewah in front of the Bi-Lo.... the Rose has a few tables a great staff (family) and a wondefully fast takeout service...
